Robert  Robert Honeycutt, Chief Executive Officer

Robert joined Market Metrix in June 2007 as CEO. Robert has over 15 years experience in growth company management. His experience spans executive roles in public and private companies in ecommerce, internet and financial services. He was previously President and COO of MarketLive, Inc., a venture-backed ecommerce platform provider. He was COO of Barra Inc., a public company sold to Morgan Stanley in 2004.  Robert was CEO of Quote.com, sold to Lycos in 2000 and is founder of Equiglobe LLC, a management consulting and investment firm. Robert was also CEO of Buylink, an online specialty retail exchange. At the beginning of his career, Robert was an investment banker at Hambrecht & Quist, now part of Chase. Robert's experience spans all functional areas, including global sales and marketing, product management, operations and corporate finance. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Mathematical and Computational science from Stanford University.

Lenny  Lenny Nash, Chief Financial Officer

Lenny co-founded Market Metrix in 1996, served as CEO from 1997 to 2007 and is an active member of the Market Metrix Executive Committee.  In addition to his duties as CFO, Lenny is actively involved in product strategy, research, corporate partnerships, and client projects.  Prior to Market Metrix, Lenny was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Lenny earned a degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.

Jonathan  Jonathan Barsky, Ph.D. Vice President Research

Dr. Barsky, co-founder of Market Metrix and Executive Committee member, is a professor of marketing at University of San Francisco's School of Business and Management and an internationally known consultant and lecturer in the area of customer satisfaction.  In his role as Vice President of Research Dr. Barsky oversees research and development activities at Market Metrix. This includes the development and direction of research aimed at improving current products and generating ideas for new products and services.  Dr. Barsky works closely with customers to review and use existing customer insights to aid in innovation.

Jan McDougal Jan McDougal, Vice President Business Development

Prior to joining Market Metrix, Jan was a Manager at the Boston Consulting Group, where she was active in the firm’s Organization Practice Group and contributed to publications based on her experience managing change in large organizations. At Market Metrix, Jan is a Vice President and an Executive Committee member. As a leader of the Employee Programs division, Jan works with clients to implement and manage all aspects of their employee survey systems. Jan’s research has included the impact of emotions on employee loyalty, and links between employee and customer satisfaction. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Cindi Frame  Cindi Frame, Vice President Employee Programs

Prior to joining Market Metrix, Cindi was a brand manager at Clorox and spent subsequent years working in product and brand marketing for start-ups. At Market Metrix, Cindi is a Vice President and an Executive Committee member. As a leader of the Employee Programs division, Cindi works extensively with clients in the areas of employee opinion surveys and performance management and has led numerous product development and research initiatives.  She has co-authored articles in the areas of employee satisfaction and employee emotions. Cindi holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Keith Jaeger  Keith Jaeger, Vice President Product Development

Keith Jaeger is an industry veteran who oversees the team responsible for Market Metrix's innovative product portfolio and go-to-market strategies.  Prior to joining Market Metrix in 2008, Keith led and managed a team of 75+ folks at Broadridge/Finaplex, a developer of wealth management software for broker dealers.  Prior to Broadridge/Finaplex Keith was VP Product Development at Sawyer Media and CTO and Founder of Provisoft, which provided a unique portal solution allowing end users to customize the applications they use in a virtual desktop.  Earlier, Keith was VP of Product as Viscomm, a provider of property management software.  In the late 80’s through the 90’s Keith led the development of application development tools at Synon and Sterling Software.

Anna  Anna Schliemann, Director, Client Services

Anna joined Market Metrix in May 2006. As Director of Client Services, she oversees a team of Client Managers who implement and manage customer feedback programs. Anna has extensive experience in web-based software, client services, marketing and data analysis. Prior to Market Metrix, Anna managed clients and data reporting projects at GNX (now Agentrics), a web-based e-sourcing platform. Anna’s experience also includes brand management at Clorox, where she was responsible for data analyses, marketing strategy, market research and promotions. Prior to her marketing experience, Anna worked in investment banking as an analyst for Goldman Sachs. Anna holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
